I know what it feels like to carry many titles at once — wife, mother, entrepreneur, caretaker, visionary — and still wonder where you went somewhere in the middle of it all.

For a long time, I poured into everyone around me while quietly neglecting myself. Not intentionally… just gradually. I learned that healing and growth do not always come through dramatic moments. Sometimes they begin with slowing down, becoming honest with yourself, and allowing yourself space to breathe again.

Still HER was born from that realization.
